  • Please explain, in 50 words or less, the reason for nominating this team, division or company for their original, strategic internal thinking or partnership with an outside communications, software or fund operations specialist to create a Web 2.0 or next-generation medium to serve asset management clients and investors.

    Tell us about their originality. While all walks of business have been focusing on open-architecture, customer-driven, social networking, mobile, collaborative, Web 2.0 next-gen technologies, etc., etc., has the nominee demonstrated truly original thinking?

    What about customer acceptance and usage? Has the new technology proven itself to be more than a mere pie-in-the-sky idea by gaining traction among the firm's clientele?

  • Next, please summarize, in 30-40 words-again being as specific as possible, and using whatever figures or other quantitative data that applies-how the efforts of this New Media team, division or company, have had a direct, positive impact on profit margins and performance. Have they driven record revenues, improved profit margins, streamlined productivity and/or boosted investment product performance?
