Tanya Williams has joined the Calvert Group of Bethesda, Md., as regional vice president for institutional sales. In this role, she will be responsible for marketing Calvert's mutual funds to the 401(k), 403(b), 456 and variable annuity marketplaces as well as to endowments and foundations. She will report to Craig Cloyed, senior vice president of sales. Williams was previously with Brinson Partners of Chicago as an account administrator responsible for the portfolio analysis of 23 funds with $2.9 billion under management.
Morningstar of Chicago has promoted Russ Kinnel to editor of mutual funds, a new position at Morningstar. Kinnel will oversee 1,700 fund analyses for www.morningstar.net as well as Morningstar's bimonthly fund report. Kinnel joined the firm in 1994.
Nationwide Financial of Columbus, Ohio has named Peter M. Delehanty vice president of marketing. Before joining Nationwide, Delehanty was at Fortis Financial Group, Keystone Investments and Washington Mutual Financial Group for over 20 years. Delehanty will be responsible for "market and product positioning and market, consumer and customer research," according to Nationwide.
