StockJungle.com Offers Rewards to Top Stock Pickers
December 13, 1999
StockJungle.com of Culver City, Calif. has announced that it is paying $50 rewards to investors who submit the hottest stock ideas to its web-based Community Intelligence Arena, a pool from which stocks are selected for the firm's Community Intelligence Fund.
Each day, the firm creates a list of "Hot Hands," who are the day's top five contributors, based on the performance of portfolios of stocks they recommend to the arena. Each investor can suggest up to 10 stocks.
The Hot Hands program was introduced as an incentive for people to send in more, and better, stock picks to the Community Intelligence Arena, said Mike Witz, chairman and CEO of StockJungle.com.
