Fidelity's Revenues Surged 31 Percent

Gross revenues of Fidelity Investments of Boston for 1999 surged 31 percent to $8.85 billion, from $6.8 billion the year before, according to Fidelity. Net revenues topped $1 billion, according to the firm.
Fidelity's total assets under management rose 25 percent to $955 billion, according to the company. Net inflows for long-term mutual funds rose 79 percent to $20.3 billion in 1999, up from $11.3 billion in 1998, according to Fidelity.
