Cigna Hires New Marketing Officer

Philadelphia-based benefits provider CIGNA Corp. has hired Robert Romasco as an executive VP and chief marketing officer. He will report to H. Edward Hanway, the firm's CEO.
Romasco previously served as head of corporate marketing for American Century Investments, as well as JC Penney Direct Marketing Services, which provides life insurance products.
In addition, Romasco was a principal at a Boston consulting firm called Corporate Decisions.
