NYLIM Adds Two In Retirement Division

NYLIM Retirement Plan Services, a division of New York Life Investment Management, has expanded its management team with the addition of two newly created managing director positions.
Donald Salama has been named managing director overseeing marketing and product management at NYLIM Retirement. Salama was previously VP and director of retirement plan solutions for Hartford Financial Solutions, where he built and managed a $10 billion group retirement business line. He also held positions in institutional sales and marketing for retirement services at The Vanguard Group, Mercantile Bank and Bankers Trust Co.
NYLIM Retirement has also added Sam Mancino as managing director in charge of retirement plans for small businesses. Mancino was most recently with E*Trade Group, where he served as VP and key business leader. There, he was responsible for strategy and development of new e-commerce retirement plan business. Before joining E*Trade, Mancino was COO at UAM Retirement Plan Services.
