Lord Abbett Taps Bartlett as Director of Growth Equity

Lord Abbett & Co. has hired Bruce Bartlett as director of growth equity investments and portfolio manager of the company's large-cap growth fund. Throughout his 18 years of growth equity experience, Bartlett has followed a disciplined approach that emphasizes bottom-up research and companies' revenue and sales, according to Lord Abbett. The company has beefed up its growth offerings in recent years, with a mid-cap growth fund managed by Kevin Ferguson and a small-cap growth fund managed by Tom O'Halloran, both of whom are partners in the firm.
