ProFunds Launches Four Leveraged International ETFs

ProFunds Group has launched four leveraged international exchange-traded funds that will track the Europe, Australasia and Far East region, emerging markets, China and Japan. The funds will aim to return twice the daily performance of indexes tracking those regions.
As Michael L. Sapir, ProFunds Chairman and CEO, noted, “With some international markets posting strong year-to-date returns, investors are expressing interest in tools that allow them to gain magnified exposure to these markets.”
In the coming weeks, ProFunds plans to introduce additional leveraged international ETFs that will track regions and specific countries.
