Ben brings over 23 years experience in the financial services industry to his role at Invesco PowerShares. Prior to PowerShares, he was President, CEO and a founding partner of Claymore Securities, Managing Director of Structured Investments at Nuveen Investments and Senior Vice President of Product Development at First Trust Portfolios formerly known as Nike Securities LP.
- Joseph F. Keenan, Managing Director - Global Financial Institutions, BNY Mellon Asset Servicing
Joe has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. He is responsible for several key segments within the Global Financial Institutions sector of BNY Mellon Asset Servicing including: North American Banks, Third Party Asset Managers; Non-Registered, Closed-End and Custody Only Mutual Funds, and Unit Investment Trusts. Joe is also the Global Head of the Exchange Traded Funds Services business and the President of BNY Mellon Illinois Trust Company.
- Jeffrey McCarthy, Director, Global ETF Product Head, Citi
Jeffrey joined Citi in March 2010 as Global ETF Product Head in its Securities and Fund Services business. He now leads the firms new global ETF servicing capabilities aimed to support ETF development, capital, liquidity analysis, transactional services and distribution. He is responsible for product innovation and market development and coordinates the delivery of end-to-end ETF servicing solutions across trading, distribution and administration.
- Kathleen H. Moriarty, Partner, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP
Kathleen has extensive experience in the establishment and representation of exchange-traded investment companies (ETFs) and was instrumental in the early development of the structure, creation and registration of SPDRs. She has also advised clients on the establishment of various other U.S. ETFs, including iShares, VIPERS, ProShares, and WisdomTree. Kathleen has been actively involved with ETF projects globally, including assisting the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong with the structure and creation of the Hong Kong Tracker Fund and representing the American Stock Exchange and NYSE Arca in connection with the cross-listing of DIAMONDS on the Singapore Exchange and Euronext N.V. She regularly advises foreign entities and delegations from both public and private sectors with respect to the regulation and operation of U.S. ETFs.
